Conformal Cooling with 3D Metal Laser Sintering
Conventional straight-drilled water lines leave thermal dead zones in deep cores, leading to uneven shrinkage, sink marks, and long cooling delays. Using advanced Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), TK Group prints custom stainless steel inserts with complex, organically curved cooling channels.

RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding)
Rapid Heat Cycle Molding (also known as Cool-Flow or Dynamic Mold Temperature Control) dynamically heats the cavity surface above the resin glass transition temperature (Tg) using high-temperature steam or induction coils immediately prior to injection, followed by immediate rapid water chill.
- 100% Elimination of Knit Lines: Weld lines around core pins and multi-gate junctions vanish completely into seamless structural plastic.
- Optical Mirror Piano-Black Finish: Replicates cavity diamond polish with zero haze, orange peel, or flow marks.
