Sub-micron precision achieved through climate-controlled machining bays with Mikron 5-axis CNCs (up to 40,000 RPM) and AgieCharmilles / Sodick nano-finish wire EDMs.

SPI Class 101 Hardened Molds

Designed for 1,000,000+ continuous cycles. Cores and cavities hardened to 48-54 HRC with pre-hardened 4140/P20 mold bases and guided ejection systems.

Certified Tool Steels

Traceable mill test certificates for genuine ASSAB S136 ESR (corrosion-resistant stainless), Daido NAK80, Finkl 2344, H13, and Ampco Beryllium Copper thermal inserts.

Domestic Standard Components

100% interchangeable DME, HASCO, Progressive, or PCS standard pins, bushings, and fittings. Hot runner systems by Husky, Mold-Masters, Synventive, or Incoe.

Thermodynamic Breakthrough

Conformal Cooling with 3D Metal Laser Sintering

Conventional straight-drilled water lines leave thermal dead zones in deep cores, leading to uneven shrinkage, sink marks, and long cooling delays. Using advanced Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), TK Group prints custom stainless steel inserts with complex, organically curved cooling channels.

20% to 42% Cycle Time Shaved: Faster thermal dissipation reduces mold open-to-open cycle time drastically on high-cavity caps and containers.
Warpage & Sink Elimination: Consistent cavity wall temperatures prevent differential shrinkage across thin and thick wall intersections.

Flawless Surface Aesthetics

RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding)

Rapid Heat Cycle Molding (also known as Cool-Flow or Dynamic Mold Temperature Control) dynamically heats the cavity surface above the resin glass transition temperature (Tg) using high-temperature steam or induction coils immediately prior to injection, followed by immediate rapid water chill.

100% Elimination of Knit Lines: Weld lines around core pins and multi-gate junctions vanish completely into seamless structural plastic.
Optical Mirror Piano-Black Finish: Replicates cavity diamond polish with zero haze, orange peel, or flow marks.
Eliminates Secondary Painting: Saves $0.50 to $3.00 per part by achieving class-A cosmetic surfaces directly out of the press.

2K / 3K Multi-Shot & LSR Tooling

Eliminate costly secondary bonding and assembly operations by molding two or three distinct resins into a single unified part. TK Group engineers high-speed rotary platen molds, core-back sliding mechanisms, and transfer robotics for demanding consumer, automotive, and medical programs.

Rigid + Soft Elastomer Overmolding: Chemical bonding between PC/ABS or PA66 substrates and soft-touch Shore 40A-80A TPE/TPU.
Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR): Cold-runner multi-cavity LSR tooling for optical-grade lenses, waterproof seals, and medical diaphragms.
Rotary Servo Indexing: High-precision servo platens guarantee perfect shutoff alignment down to ±0.003mm without flash.
