RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding) Technology
In standard cold-mold injection molding, when polymer melt splits around a latch opening and recombines, cooling creates a visible notch known as a weld or knit line. Rapid Heat Cycle Molding (RHCM) injects pressurized superheated steam (up to 160°C) through internal channels before shot injection, keeping the plastic liquid.

Micro-Cam Clearance Control
A premium lipstick mechanism contains four distinct injection molded parts: outer body shell, inner guide cylinder, spiral cam sleeve, and cup elevator.
Our high-speed CNC EDM bay cuts spiral cams with smooth contour blends, maintaining rotational torque between 150 and 300 gram-centimeters. Automated Spindle Spray Lines
TK Mold USA operates four automated spindle spray lines (450m to 560m in length) inside Class 10k spray booths. Our in-house decoration capabilities include:
- Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization (NCVM): Deposition of semi-transparent and metallic chromium finishes without conductive metals.
